Skill/Knowledge
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to correspond professionally at all levels.
  • On top of English Language , Arabic proficiency will be highly appreciated
  • Proficiency in using productivity tools and office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive or confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, taking initiative to anticipate needs and solve problems.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate the CEO's changing schedule and time zones.
  • Knowledge of the business context and cultural practices in the GCC, India, Turkey, and Russia are preferred but not mandatory.

Job Description
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and prioritizing appointments.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and visas, for the CEO's business trips within and outside of Oman.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for the CEO, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication on behalf of the CEO, responding or redirecting inquiries, as necessary.
  • Assist in the coordination and organization of regional meetings, conferences, and events, including logistical arrangements and on-site support.
  • Manage and maintain confidential files and documents, always exercising discretion and confidentiality.
  • Conduct research and prepare background materials or briefing documents for the CEO's meetings and engagements.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and various internal and external stakeholders, building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Collaborate with executive assistants in other regions to coordinate cross-regional projects and initiatives.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the CEO, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Working Hours: Flexible working hours based on 40 hours per week - Sunday to Thursday
